At UNI Extracts Shop, every order matters. We aim to deliver a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. If something isn’t right with your order, our team is ready to help.

OUR RETURN STANDARD

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with valid proof of purchase.

REQUESTING A RETURN

To begin, email sales@uniextractsshop.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate next steps.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us promptly with your order details. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Approved returns are inspected once received. If approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

EXCHANGES
